A: Under normal conditions, the delivery period of the conventional products such as shower hinge, glass clamp, sliding door fittings and door handles, is 30-45 working days.

A: Yes, Ningbo Huazhu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. also produce brass and zinc alloy and Stainless steel bathroom hinges. Huazhu own the whole process of moulding, die-casting, machining, polishing, plating/powder coating/painting, inspection, assembly and shipment. We can strictly control every step of the production to ensure quality and improve product qualification rate.
5.Q: What is the MOQ of your products?
A: Normally it is 3000 pieces. But the MOQ always depends on different products, designs and prices.
6.Q: Can your company provide free sampling?
A: Yes, we can provide samples for free. It depends on your items.

We strictly control the thickness of plating layer of copper, nickel and chrome, usually our plating thickness is: Cu ≥ 15um, Ni ≥ 10um, Cr ≥ 0.15um, and can pass neutral 240 hours or acidic 48 hours salt spray test. We also customize your products for salt spray testing in excess of neutral 480 hours. And we promise never to use the return material directly for die-casting production.
