01. Raw Materials
We source only the highest quality raw materials including zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, brass, and stainless steel to ensure the durability and performance of our bathroom hardware products.
02. Mold Making
Own mold workshop, strong research and development capabilities. Mold opening only takes 28-35 days.
Our Advantages:
The company boasts die-casting machines ranging in size from 88T to 400T, covering a wide range of product weights from 0.5g to 4000g, fully meeting customers' diverse product needs. Machining: The company boasts powerful machining equipment and CNC (Japanese FANUC system), achieving machining accuracy up to 0.02mm.03. Pressure Casting
We have 10 sets of die casting machines varied from 88 Tons to 400 Tons, which could fully meet various product requirements of customers.
Currently, we had 2 sets of Aluminum Die-casting Machines which it’s 300T & 400T. We have enough workshop space and willing to invest more machines for new project.
04. CNC Machining
We have several sets of CNC Machine Equipment, CNC (Japan FANUC system), processing accuracy up to 0.02mm.
05. Polishing
We have more 20+ polish machines and around 100+ professional polish workers, which could ensure product delivery time.

Polishing: The company boasts a comprehensive polishing team capable of meeting quality requirements, from standard polishing to brushed polishing to mirror polishing. This efficient team ensures consistent product delivery and on-time order fulfillment. Currently, we have over 20 polishing machines and over 100 polishing staff.
06. Electroplate
Basic materials: zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, brass, stainless steel etc Plating finished: Chrome plating, Nickel plating, Satin Nickel plating, Satin Chrome plating, Black nickel plating, Brushed Nickel and so on.
Our Advantages:
Electroplating: The company boasts a complete electroplating production line capable of meeting high-tech surface treatment requirements. In addition to electroplating, we also offer painting, powder coating, electrophoresis, and PVD. Electroplated products can pass 480-hour NASS testing. Applicable materials include zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, copper, and stainless steel. Surface treatments include copper plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, satin nickel, satin chrome, brushed nickel, and black nickel.Spraying
We have automated powder spraying and painting lines to meet various customer standards.
Inspection & Testing
We possess a comprehensive suite of testing and development equipment, including material spectroscopy, three-dimensional coordinate measuring instruments, salt spray test chambers, colorimeter, coating thickness tester, hardness tester, and tensile tester.
Packing
